Moon, I dremeled out about 0.5-1.0mm from the chassis where the servo is placed. This was a tip from one of the Team Mugen Drivers down here

Fokkie, you'll notice that when you apply full throttle the brakes actually come on slightly at some stage (ie brakes released fully then come back on slightly). You can fix this by shaving off alittle of the disc pads, or, do what I do (Mr Hawkins can tell you about this one :P )

Why don't you just use a smaller servo?

I was thinking about mill it down but it is too troublesome for me to take out the bare chassis to do this surgery !
