Crankshaft Collar for OS TZ on NT1

I'm putting together my first Nitro car here. The OS TZ motor I'm putting in my NT1 didn't include a flywheel collar. Should it have? Is this something the LHS should carry? Do I need a particular size or are they all the same?

It's a standard 7mm I.D. and your local hobby shop should carry it.
