guys, i just used the WD40 method to clean all my bearings last nite. well, it work out great. thanks, but those WD40 makes me headache coz i have to spray into a container, shake it, then spray each bearing to get all the dirt out. keke.. it works, not as difficult as it seems, but yes, its very time consuming, but heh, u have to take care of the car, so that the car can take care of u when u are at track rite? cheers.

Well, I also use WD40 to clean my bearings. I usually soak them for about 30 mins and let all the dirt settle at the bottom of the container. Again, I repeat the procedure until there is no more dirt that settles at the bottom. This has worked great for me. After doing this, I lube the bearing with LRP bearing oil

Not necessary if you have rubber shield bearings..... you can peel off the shields with a needle.
