It's funny you say that because lately when my wife goes to wash she always find about 2 body clips,1 e-clip, 1 wheel nut, 1 antenna tube cap, and about 3 rubber bands in my pants pockets

That would be a true RC Racer challenge race.

Default Thanks Tony, Rick and Brian

A big Thank You to Tony Rick and Brian for a terrific event. The racing was a blast. Only in So Cal could you race in perfect conditions in January. The raffle was a nice touch to this event (Not only because I won!) Thanks to all that donated.

I was happy to see Rick walk away with a trophy. Seems to be the most useful trophy I have ever seen.

Hopefully, Tony is able to run more races in the future. I will defifnitly make room in my schedule.

My only thought for next year is that we have a computer WITHOUT A HANGOVER Somebody get Bill Gates on the line.

Thanks also to Reeso for allowing Tony use of the facility.

Finally, thanks to the racers here in So Cal. Having recently moved back to CA, it has been great to meet new racers and begin to be a part of the community here. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.. Special shout out to Patrick V for all the advice and pitting during the main while I went strait bumper cars.

I can't think of anyone else to thank so I will sign off.

We know how hard it is to put a race up, but man for your first one, im SURE the next one will be SUPER good, as well as a HUGE turn out. I admire you working your butt off to make CP a raceable place again.

hello everybody...... first i would like to thank tony for offering to put on this race for all the racers. we had a ball it was a good start to the 2007 season, fun racing; good competition and 70'degree weather .....perfect second i would like to thank the sponsors who helped out with this race since there was no entry fee..... ( mugen seiki usa, Skyline products, southland hobbies, kamikaze hobbies, redline racing fuel, jgo paintz and fusion motorsports) ..... as for the results i don't know all of the final postings but for the A main i know in 1/8th scale first went to Chris Verano, second was Ruben Serano and third was Nigel Sims................................and for sedan first went to Pepe Velez, second was Jerry Rapp and third was Ricardo.. not sure on his last name ....my bad ......The changes to the track layout really made you search for the perfect line to gain the advantage over everyone else; so that made the racing more enjoyable....so i would like to thank James for that and for getting the track in race condition after the 40 mph winds Friday night which covered the track with dust.

Now to my shot outs....... it will be hilarious

First to jauque for making the main and some what finishing the race

next to Glenn for making the main in both class...impressive

to Jerry rapp for grabbing second place nice

to Chris Verano for ruining my day my saying he was sand bagging waiting on me to get my lap back ....thanks i think so much better of my self now

to Jose Casa sorry about running you out of gas i thought your car gets 6 minutes to a tank.....my bad ..next time i won't do that

to Micheal P im thinking that orange might not be your color so lets think of another color for that car because i know your faster than that... just a thought

to Kevin barnett first time i talked to you and your a cool dude... any problems you have with your mtx4 dont hessitate to talk to me

to Patrick ....there's still hope ....i dont know where it is but it's out there and were going to find it....nice paint job wrong body

to Pepe Velez, you finally won one since your coming out of retirement... nice job

to all the people that heard me scream out to that turn marshall to turn off my car.... im sorry .....i was alittle upset.....my bad

all in all the first hangover race was a success and we all had alot a fun and can't wait to next years race.

Brian Thomas
