I am curious about body support. what is the benefit from using this stuff?

Body support? Is this some sort of stuff that creates a stiffer body?

If so , then it would hold shape better which would = more downforce = more grip.

Weight would be a con , as well higher roll center.

I can imagine the weight gain. how about protection? will it protect the car?
