No problem Rick, I've been there myself.

Just want to take this opportunity to thank you again for all of your help with this race.

YEAH YEAH! THat's right ppl it's going down! It's now 12:32am here the day of the big event. We have a show of 30% change of Isolated T showers/storms for late afternoon. I'm gonna see if i can get down there early and bring a raincoat/umbrella n see what happens. I got rid of my canopy tent since it's the "thousand" piece setup kind. Time to bust out the rides as the novice to the most "finest" racers will be there. Lets enjoy it and lets race!

Saturday was a great day indeed. It was a slow start and not as many racers showed up, however that didn't stop us from running. Everyone seemed to have a good time and made the best of what they had. Here's some shots I took and I'm trying to upload the vids.

Default Photoshop!!!

Either you edited those pics or the weather was pretty decent. I did not make it, but when I went outside (Bronx) it was a bit nippy, and I know Floyd is usually 5-10 degrees cooler. However, those pics make it seem that you guys had a good share of sun. Hopefully, the storm takes a turn, and I can get in a good qual out of the two that are left, and have a good day. This is what this hobby is all about...Bridgeport fell through, but the racing still went on. Great job to all involved...Keep up the good work!!!

Sason- Awesome. Maybe it was you Bino was talking about two of the best R40 drivers there. I'm going to try something else again today with it and see whats going on.

Lil Paul - It was VERY sunny for quite a long period of time when I was there. After 12 it got dark and drizzled on and off. We stayed till 6pm racing and indeed it was a great time. Until I get my R40 settled out, I'd just run the 8th since I did much better with it and had that sucker dialed in. I'm just gonna need to add weights since that car is TOO light...for a stock car.

Hark:

I'll be at the track for the next few weekends, and if you make it, I can try to help you dial the car in. I am not into 1/8th scale but sure enjoy watching them go fast. Look out for an awning with the HPI banner up.

Any reports on the race. Sunday turned out to be quite sunny.

Lil Paul- All I needed was that sunday to make up for my engine problems on saturday, and then the next thing you know mother nature gives me a mean slap in the face. Oh Well, I still had fun. Next weekend is looking really nice hopefully we can hold a club race at Floyed to get our racer Fustrations out . How About it Rick?
For anybody running an r40 next week I will have spares
