I was there today breaking in a motor for next week. Dana was hard at work scrubbing the track - what a difference!! The finished portions are down to the asphalt with good traction. The unfinished areas are slick due to dust but the turns are done. The O'donnell layout will be a blast! Can't wait.

Hey Guys, not to jump the gun or anything, but I was looking on the RC Pro website and noticed that the 3rd round (@ Crystal) is not showing a date/location????

anybody have any idea when this race will take place????

Us "Vegas Boys" just want to plan accordingly....

I didn't run sedan but in my 1/8th scale, I ran a normal set-up with normal size tires(73.5 MM - unheard off, right?) and didn't have to chase set-ups all day long. The track was good.

Using a 10 point scale, with 10 as the best, IMO, the track started the day as a 8 and ended the day(102 degree day) at an 8. There are a few more parts of the track that have not been scrubbed, I wouldn't be surprised if the track get close to a 10 by race weekend.
