By the way - Try a stock Ninja. Just as fast as a stock 35 but over a $100 less. Same price difference with the mods too. Sorry for the shameless plug.
I think I've made up my mind and going to get the R. I have a good motor right now, I really just need a back up I can trust. Are the Ninjas ok to run now? I've heard they had a few problems i.e. rear bearing. Please inform me because I wouldn't mind giving it a shot.

Hey Chris what's up? 8th scale is doing pretty good. Everyone is getting faster and Pooh just made everyone step up their game. As for the Rx pack I'm running a hand assembled 1400 nimh.

Captain- I had a blast at the Regionals at floyd. However it was pretty tight running the sedan and 8th since I had to swap the RC for both. I haven't managed to sell the R40 yet and bag an MTX4 so I may end up running 8th only next year. Regardless I still want the 4 so I can alternate between days as well as have a spektrum rx for each car. The 8th earned me a plaq as I made 1st in a D main and I could've done better if the O ring in the HSN handn't worn out so soon. The needle shifted while running, but I managed to be consistent. I'll be getting a Mega ZX21 from a friend to test n tune, but will probably go with a Ninja as a backup. The MRX4 will also be converted to the R. You'll definately see me and my MRX4 next year.

For one you. I couldn't catch you at that last race. Your car was consistently faster going in and coming out of the corners. If you can't beat'em..................!

The Ninjas run strong. The only thing is that they have a longer break-in period...like 14+ tanks. But when they loosen up, they have a great power curve, especially for the MRX4R. And the price is right...for the engine and all the spare parts.

What "spare" parts does the Ninja come with? Just wondering.

I meant to say that the price is really good for the spare parts as well i.e. p/s/c, plugs, etc.

Default MOD MOD MOD MOD

Get one, then send it to Uriah. 350 + 125, and you still come in under the price for the +35. Trust me when I say the Ninja Murnan Mod is one fast motor.

So they have fix the weak points on the motor? I heard of rod failure and bad rear bearings. I assume the new A spec motors took care of that.

Be proud you have a Mugen. It's the only way to go for me.
