GLC 2023 presented by TSRCAR
We are already getting requests for entry forms for this years GLC. The dates will be the traditional August 24 to August 27th. Sponsor info is being sent out now and as soon as most of those are confirmed we will post the entry form, no later than mid May. TSRCAR is putting the boards down this weekend and we have several improvements planned prior to event. So save the date and entry forms will be coming shortly!

dont click on ads
When using the rcsignups program, do not click on any of the ads that pop up. They are marked in the left hand corner as Ad and there is not fee to use the program. You can hit close and move on. We had at least one call to say it was asking for a credit card and $40 per month to join. That fee had nothing to do with the program. Again, there is not fee associated with RCsignups so if you are asked for something, you have clicked into something and get out of it..

What are the actual event dates, the post above says August 24 through August 27 yet on RCSignUp it said 8/23-8/27. I need to know if I need to change my flight. Thank You.

The track is open on Wednesday but there are no official functions on Wednesday. Some want to break in motors, set up pits etc. Depending upon the weather forecast the track might get prepped mid day Wednesday but will see at time of the event.

Entries
Entries are far ahead of last years so please dont wait too long to enter so we cn order the appropriate amount of awards. We have also heard back from several new sponsors so it looks like the raffle prizes will be better as well! You can enter by RCsignups or if you have problems with that program send us a facebook message.

Ok all T-shirts have been added to RCSignup. If you want a t-shirt, orders will be taken up until July 31st. All payments can be made through the signup site. If you order outside the signup site you will need to send payment to paypal at [email protected] and send size and quantity to [email protected]. Please don't send on facebook. T-shirts are $15 for medium-xl and $20 for 2xl-4xl.

Reminder,you can register for the GLC now. We prefer RC signups be used as all info will flow over to Live RC but if you have trouble or want to use a form, you can. You can email the form and use the paypal address listed.

Online entry is still up. There are a lot of people who confirmed coming but arent signed up yet but we are around 50 entries so far. Good group of 1/8 open and masters, need for Sedan and pan cars! You can go to rc signups or email entry to us.

I am thinking of coming to this event. What airports are the best to check and how far are they from the track. Also what address is for the track? Not sure if the flyer address is for the track or not and do not want to make a mistake.

We are in between Dayton and Cincinnati and probably a bit closer to Dayton's airport. . Its also a little over an hour from Columbus. The track is at 665 N. Broadway Street Lebanon, Ohio and here is a link:

There are probably more flights available into CVG Greater Cincinnati but sometimes Dayton is a cheaper alternative, at least for flights out. We hope you can make it!
