I just installed the new evo blocks 0 and for the first time a solid front. Im trying a setup similiar to one listed here by DJ
http://www.serpent.com/product/803008/setups/

One of the major changes im making is all the shock positions and links have moved. Also ran into some problems. Where the camber link for the rear is attached to the tower. There are only two holes. An outer and an inner. I see he used the outer one. When i connect the link to the outer. Even with the turnbuckle the smallest it can be in length im still getting positive camber. Im wondering how he did it. Also another critical setup spec not listed on the sheet is what track width should i use?

I always run it 1mm less in from than the back... If your gonna race in a medium traction track, i'd suggest 198mm front and 199mm back. If your going to be racing in a very low traction track or a very high traction track, to go with 199mm front and 200mm rear. Why? Because if you have very high traction, you wouldnt want to be traction rolling, higher track width will help with stability. While, in low traction tracks it will also help with traction.

i run 197 on the front and 199 rear, i find it helps with a little more initial turn in. but im using a diff also. as for the rear camber link, i also have only 2 holes, this is the early plate design. i have never used the outer one, i find more than enough camber gain with the inner (longer link) hole. this effectively changes how much camber needed on the setup station. i always adjust it till the rear tyres just cone slightly inwards.

Do you start with tires that have camber trued in them (start with a little cone) or do you start with flat tires and than let them wear in a little cone-shape?

I start with a flat tire then it should wear coned. The only tire I cut with camber in them would be the Jaco Prisms because of the stagger on the rim.
