Default Centax Clutch Question

I have a Novarossi Plus 12-3SCT. My question is about the two clutch bell bearings. I have the first bearing on, then the bearing spacer, and finally the last bearing. But, the last bearing doesn't fit all the way down on the shaft, is that going to be a problem? I measured the space between the top of the shaft and the top of the bearing and it is 1.40 mm. I have shims behind the bottom bearing, if I don't, the clutch bell will rub. Any help would be appreciated.

The T-nut that goes thru the thrust bearing will take care of the rest of that space....If you look at the stack built on the t nut, with the washers you will see the t nus sticking thru about that amount... Build according to directions, set your end play first, with no inner bearing, the TOTAL endplay, so the clutch bell rubs on the shoe, then set the slop end play with the inner bearing, good to go!

Thanks for the help! Had me worried for a bit. One other question, does anyone know where I can pick up some Serpent Part# 909519 thrust bearing shims? The only ones I can find are out of the U.S.

I don't have any motors for my touring car which are due to arrive next week. All I hear is good things about homestead so have fun. I will be attending the off-road state race just to get more track time.
keep us posted
