Guys,

I have a good friend in Colombia who race on .12 nitro 1/10 RUBBER class with a 720. Anyone here can post a rubber tire setup (base) for the 720 and 710 ?

thanks,

Default Need Help

Can you guys please suggest what is wrong with my setup. Chasing rear end grip exiting corners (on throttle). I've had this problem for a while, we have a low grip track.

Things i started with today
18T mid (swapped the 21T and 22T around)
Trued the tires for a 3m split
Yellow springs front and rear
80,000 front diff
30,000 rear diff
Front and rear roll center standard
Rear 3deg camber 3deg toe
0mm front droop
With this setup the car was very taily on the exits and i was losing lots of time.

Changes I made during the day to try and solve the issue
Lowest roll center blocks on the rear
rear camber at 3 but changed toe to 4deg
changed to 37sh rears
reduced the clutch gap to soften the initial bite
1mm front droop
10,000 in the rear diff
The car was better but nowhere near what it should be.

Change the rear shocks pistons to 2 holes and the front to 3 holes.
This cured the on throttle oversteer for me, and the brass plate in the optional chassis also really helps.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!! to Serpent and Maxy's Fuel. Both won all four of the Summer Series races for sedan and took the overall points. Races were held between the Fort Myers track and the Port Charlotte track, and with three different drivers having wins. Congrats also to Luke W. for the points win.

Too bad I don't read or speak French. Dude, you need to realize that most of us in the USA have a lack of proper education compaired to the rest of the World. Just a little fact. The Government here does a great job of keeping most Americans under educated and lazy. Not all of us, just the majority. So anyway, do you have a "English" version of your report? Just curious. Thanks man. Later. PS...do you know Rody from RB? Just asking since he's in France as well. Seeya!

i've never tried my 720 with gear diff up front...always with the one way...with the choice of 20k - 40k rear diff at most of the track i race.

Just wanted to say thank you to Serpent USA for the great product. This weekend was the first round of the Florida State Series. Weather as scary all weekend, but we were able to get in all of the qualifing and some of the mains. I was able to take the TQ. Not able to run the mains allowed me to take advantage of the good qualifing and take the win.

Thanks to Poalo for the winning product and to Ashton for the pitting!!!!
Aslo thanks to the Port Charlotte crew for the hard work this weekend in working with the rain.
