FYI as for the fate of FullThrottleRcRaceway we still are working with the city on future status of the track
The U.S.World Nitro Cup will be relocated to Homestead Speedway the dates will remain Nov 28th Thru Dec 2nd

Unfortunately, because the City and Sky Holdings have not reach a settlement on the lease issue as of yet, the golf course lease is still technically in the possession of the tenant. Therefore, the City cannot authorize nor assist you in conducting your upcoming event on the property. Due to the uncertainty over when the lease issue will be finalized, I recommend that you look for an alternate location for the event. Sorry I could not be of more assistance, but legally the City’s hands are tied. Mike Steigerwald, City Manager
