The TLR, Hot shot, and super hot shot igniters have served me well and never failed. They can go a few weekends without a charge, especially the super hot shot.

For turbo plugs you can either start them with a piece of fuel tubing or cut a small section and insert it in your cross wrench so the plug doesnt fall to far in the socket that the threads wont grab.
I use the super hot shot as my main and have the smaller hotshot2 for backup. Ive also got a protek, dynamite and a few other nimh cell ignitors that i keep around incase someone really needs an ignitor.

I heard the HotShot Glow igniter, don't hold onto OS-TURBO plug.
But still might get one.. where everyone says.. they last long without charge.

Funny you say that I use O.S. plugs and my Hot Shot gets stuck at times. Can literally pick the whole car up by it.

Glow plug wrenches don't NEED to hold onto the plug.

Your car is dirty.
Dirt in the engine is bad.
Dirt can't roll up hill.

Hold the car up-side down to put a glow plug in or to remove one.

If your wrench is too deep and it swallows the plug, stuff some paper towels in it to take up some space to keep the plug from falling too far down.

I use one of those Hotshot ignitors with the big 5000mah battery. Works great. Works fine with OS plugs, no idea why I need it to stay on, but it's ok at that. If I want to drive around with an ignitor on, for breakin, I use a smaller Greatplanes style clip on ignitor after starting up with the Hotshot.

The Sanwa/Airtronics M12 is the best. The Futabas are a close 2nd.

I think any of the high end radios can be refit for left handed use. I think Sanwa/AirT and Futaba manuals are downloadable. The guys in the "electronics thread" can help better.

Although I'm left handed and prefer a regular right handed radio.

Thanks for your reply bro

I'm right handed.. but I'm better at controlling the steering wheel with my left hand..

Gonna have a look into the Sanwa/Airtronics
And see if it's optional left handed drive.
What's the name of there latest model, of the handheld controller?
