Just a thought, if you had the servo for some time it might need to be serviced, it can collect a lot of dirt inside.
The spektrum servo is waterproof, and apparently dust proof. I opened it up and no dust

I got for S&G's a Dynamite Throttle Return Spring. For $2.45, its a no brainer. If it doesnt work the way it was intended to work, I'll try to retrofit it. Like I said, for under $3 bucks, doesn't hurt to try!

Thank you for posting a pic.

I'll let everyone know how it goes with the Dynamite spring or if I needed to do something similar to this

Not picking, but this still won't stop a runoff.

Better to have it connected to the throttle.

Run it as you wish, just pointing out that it isn't a fool prof way of doing it, if someone else reads it.
If you got holes in the head, just attach it there and put a regular screw in place of the set screw on the throttle, then it will do the job no matter what happens.

If you get offended by someone giving some friendly advice on a forum, then this isn't the place for you...
Will see if I got a picture, but as I explained it detailed I'm not sure it's needed to understand.
