Definitely a mixture of both. No top flight race team, and the grass roots support that was supposed to be done instead never materialized. Combine that with parts going on backorder and issues with current parts from a wear perspective or just some annoying breakages that don't get solved and you pretty much kill the brand.

I agree, they did drive pretty well. If it weren't for that incredibly stupid motor mount that killed spur gears all the time (especially on the truggy), they might have caught on.

I could see Ty going there better 10th scale program there 8th scale could use some help Ty and Gord would make it better I'm sure.

I could see Maifield at Hotbodies. I think the car's driveability suits his "punch-it" driving style much more than the Losi and would provide him with the most credible shot at winning the next Worlds.
