hi! looking for insight on race tuneing a rossi p5xlt nitro engine for 4500 elevation altitude after 4 gallons through it.also,think I have over turned hi/bottom needles!? where to go on web to look for factory settings to start with

There are 3 PDF's on the right. Middle one is for "Carb Settings." Start there and tune at the track....
