I have a t-maxx 3.3 that hasn't been used in a few months, I decided to get it running (new spark plug, new fuel). I couldn't find the same piece to connect the controller to the truck (don't know the name) so I put a new 27.045MHz piece into the remote and the truck. Although the controller is supposed to be 27.255MHz (at least the cover says that). After I got it hooked up I started the truck, gave it some throttle and it started moving backwards. I have tried moving all adjustments on the controller and it still does the same, please help.

If it has reverse then you need to disengage it. If theres no reverse then your motor has to be spining backwards
