Stock shocks I used SP2 dark blue fronts and light blue rears.

Big Bores I use Mugen white fronts and light blue rears.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
Casey

The BB's of choice atm seem to be the jammin bb's off the x1crt, i use em and love em, but when there is more springs for the hyper st bb's that could change. I havnt added anything to mine to strengthen it (i will be using the +2 brace when my fr2 chassis ever arrives), ive done mods to improve things, thats it.

Yep, Jammin BB with Mugen springs. I will be running mine this weekend at the RC Pro Series North race. This is my first "big" race, though the entries are about the same size as our summer racing series races. The competition should definately be tougher though.

Looking forward to the H8 with FR2 and BB, will see how the driver fares. I will let everyone know how bad I am at driving on Monday nite.

Thanks,
Casey

hi wyldthing

how much did you have to turn in low side needle on your rb s5 to get good acceleration off the line .i have my temps between 240 and 250 .i turned the low side in about half a turn from factory still seems sluggish off the line after idling for about 20 secs. i pinched the fuel line and the engine rpm increases a bit and dies about after 4 secs.

Well guys, I just couldn't get the H8 to handle like I wanted. I tried some different stuff I the car just didn't want to settle down. I took a friends Mugen out, ran faster with it my first time driving it. So I bought a Mugen.

Hyper 8 Pro is for sale.

Good luck with the car, I know it is capable, but I just couldn't find the right set up for me.

Thanks,
Casey

Hey guys I just wanted you all to know that we've recently released a body for the Hyper 8. If you have any questions feels free to post in the JConcepts thread or pm me.

Here are some pics of the Hyper 8 body. Keep an eye open for some other things.

Im shocked wrightcs77 All the $$ you have poured into it, good luck with the mugen man. If you dont get rid of it by the time you specified ill diffenately be interested in getting the king headz mount off you and a few other things.

We havent released them yet, but they are part of our upcoming line.

[FrankBlack] -Thanks! Im sure if you order the "HD" version it will be plenty sturdy. Besides that Proline doesnt make a Hyper 8 body
