Novarossi P5XS

Been away for a while... and have a rookie question cuz I cant remember... what is the purpose of the restrictor in the carb and is it required for good performance? Is there reason to purchase other sizes beyond the 8mm?

Restrictors limit hp and increases fuel mileage. Can make a car easier to drive due to that.
