I just bought a used mbx6r. It didn't come with all the bushings for suspension adjustorments. Mugen has a complete set e2108 but it's listed for the mbx7 only. Do these cross over to the mbx6r, since it has the aluminum plates?

No, it will not work.

The X7 bushing set is for captured hinge pins. The X6R bushing set is for threaded hinge pins.

You'll need the 6R version bushings for the arms:
