New glow plug. Lean both needles on the carb about an 1/8 of a turn.

When the engine is new and running rich it will bog down when you try and run it and die... often. Especially if your not used to it. Be patient. Keep your starter box and glow ignitor (charged) handy b/c your engine will probably die and need to be restarted a bunch of times. Like Hoese37 said, lean the needles 1/8 of a turn. Be prepared to turn them in more than that as well in small incriments (like a 1/8 turn at a time). The other thing that helps when its rich is that you can rev the throttle quickly. This helps to clear out the engine so it won't die. If you just give the trigger one pull to full throttle, it'll just overdose on fuel and die. Once the engine is broken in and leaned out just right, that won't be nearly as much of an issue.
