That's good to hear. I've already decided on the GM servos, but was looking for more people with experience with the Graupner radio.

I've been looking at the setups throughout this thread and I don't seem to see shock rebound in anybody's setups. I usually run my Losi 90% front and 50% rear rebound for most tracks. What are most people running for a base rebound in the shocks on the 998? I'm looking for a good starting point to give me one less setup parameter to chase with the new car.

I can't give you an honest opinion about it, because it didn't arrived here yet

It's just my package for upcoming nationals and 2016+

A little over two weeks until the DM in Schwedt. A whole new package that close to the DM!?! That's pretty ballsy. I hope you have enough time to learn the new ride!

Yep, it's risky, but i'll try my best

It's just "practice" for 2016.

I won't be racing the DM this year. Just moved back here two months ago and trying to get everything settled with a new job and all. Can't really take the time off to race after only a couple weeks at a new job. Next year it's on though!

It's awesome!
I bought mine in february if I remember correctly.
There's a thread in the electronics section with lots of useful information:

Finished building mine today...

Can't get enough droop in the front end, seems like the shock is too short. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've read through a lot of the thread. Liked most of what I read in there. Just found that getting an opinion on a product outside of it's dedicated thread minimizes the responses from the "fan boys."

Haven't got mine yet. Still waiting for some of the stuff I ordered with it that's backordered before it gets shipped. I did read something about short and long shock shafts for the front shocks earlier in the thread though. I don't know which are included in the kit. I thought the long ones were in the 2015 kit though.

Yes, it's i typo i beleive.
I have been running 107 -106 front.
Also the manual shows the droop measurements from 2 different positions for front & rear.
1 is centre to centre
rear is overall length.

Cheers

EDIT!!! Iam stupid, I noticed my mistake while uploading the picture. Got it fixed..

that's the maximum I can get. Even removing the droop screw won't get the droop any further

Glad you got it figured out! If you run it this weekend make some video. I'm getting anxious waiting on mine to get here.

you Always have to have all links completely free moving and 100% centered
also the steering and the upperam rodends
projections of the bottom shock rodends to the outside too
