Yes and no, depends why you're asking.

If you're asking if the entire area is easy to remove (all electronics, etc), then yes. The entire unit can come out as one piece with a few screws and linkage disconnects. That being said, there are multiple components of it obviously that come together to build the entire unit. It's mostly one large piece however.

OK. is it just the lids for the boxes that are detachable, or are other major parts able to be disassembled?

Question fellas, I've noticed on the .3 with the new trailing spindles my truck seems to have a terrible push entering corners. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this and maybe some advice to fix the issue. I was thinking of just running the old spindles because I never had this issue. Thanks!

I run PowerHD servos on mine. No issues so far with them. BLS 2809HV for steering and the BLS 2007HV for throttle.

Highest DT2100, have had great luck with them and they feel very precise and smooth.

Do you have a setup sheet for what you're running on the rest of the truck?

Im assuming you had a NT48 and upgraded to the .3 parts? Make sure you have the .3 caster blocks as well or the parts will not work correctly. Running the old (non-trailing or inline) style spindles will definitely give you more initial steering, but you will also lose some stability and bump handling. There are other good ways to get that steering back such as:
-moving the steering links to the back hole on ackermann plate
-shorter front camber link
-Softer front suspension, ie thinner fluid or softer spring

Im basically running Joe's southern nats setup and I don't have a push in mine. Off power, start the turn, on power and it pivots on a dime.

Anybody else having issues with the pins on the driveshafts pulling out? Had one pull out in a qualifier, switched out with a brand new dogbone for the main and after a 15 min main, pin pulled out again. This happened both times on the right side front. at 25 bucks a pair, I can't be replacing these after each run. chewed up my front arm too. I don't want to just press it back in as they probably will pull out again, so is it just a bad batch or am I the only one with issues?

I haven't had this problem yet. I would call or email Tekno.

When building the steering linkage, how long should the link be?
