I drove my NB this weekend, im toying with the idea of a NT!

Agama body is a borderline drop fit. All I did was reverse the front posts and shave off the round part at the bottom. Only thing was the raudio tray rubs a little. But that an easy fix with some shoo goo and lexan. The stock body for me was breaking at the front of the side windows, all the to the bottom. The front tower also rubs. Agama body eliminates all that.

Looks nice.

Which Agama body is that. Stock? How big is the gap between the side guards and body.

Radio tray bumps it out a half inch. The other side is flush

The agama body isn't a lot stronger in the front windshield area than the NT body sounds to be. I have been using the a8t body for a few years and it needs some reinforcing too. There is detail in the a8t thread about it but mainly around the roof lines, around the windshield and around the fender openings. I wish the bulldog would evolve into something like the NT or a8t body!

I know th Agama body breaks at the fenders, but maybe with the post reversed it's should give the fenders more support. Reversing the body posts opens up a lot more room for other bodies to fit as well.

I mounted a D8T Bulldog body on my truggy. Definitely can take way more abuse than the stock body. But it handled differently especially jumping.

Did it handle better or worse.

You have Pics?

With every race report I sent into Pro-Line I beg for a NT48 body... it seems truggies dont get much after market support. from what I hear it is a dying class elsewhere but in my area it is huge and growing.

Correction. It was the RC8T Bulldog body I mounted. I posted these pics a while ago. Looks nice. But it sits up too high.

Personally I love the stock Tekno body. It's so unique. Everybody knows what truggy is yours by the style of the body. Pit man easily picks you out of a crowd for fuel call in.

Also, from everybody's comments on this site, I know where to reinforce the body to make it last. I run at Fear Farm every week and my body is 3 months old.

I think Tekno put a lot of thought into it from a performance aspect. Will be hard for an after market company to design a better performing body, imo :)
