the 2 parts joint together without any resistance
the 3x10 mm screws screw easy into the plastic too and house nicely in the conical millings of the gears
so one can say these diffs go together easily

! to have the right amount of play between the centermount halves, one should mount 2 little washers behind 1 bearing
(delivered in the kit, but not mentioned in the manual)..

I got some of the latest upgrade diff bodies.. to make things even easier, the holes for passing the planetary rods were filled out
and the steel inserts look somewhat more polished
the little planetary rods supplied are shorter too: 10.25 mm long, instead of 12 mm, to clear the inner walls of the diffbodies
these new parts will be included with the new batch of kits

the 6 different driveshafts seem sturdy
they are not marked for lenghts, so one has to rely on the 1/1 images in the manual
but easy to remember: central transmission, uses the short one in front, 106/111
and at the front hubs, one uses the longest of the fr/rr shafts

The pinions of the central transmission show conical teeths and are manufactured cnc and hardened
once installed at the right angle, the protective boots will stay sticked with their edges into the circular slots

The system use 13x19 bearings, like seen on the Xray 808 and Serpent cars, but remember here the chassis was conceived especially for this type of transmission
the necessary 13x16x0.2 washers are supplied as are 3x4 mm/3x5 mm screws to hold the bearings in
