Wow!! That's cool!! I didn't know JP4 and HN 2062 were the same pipe.

I did know about people using HN 2047 with Picco Evo2 motors. It is also 3 chamber, supposedly giving "good high and mid range and power, without low end sacrifice".

Wich do you think is better HN 2047 or HN 2062??

Still, if Jp are hard anodized, I think it's better than cromed, more bump-resistant.

I don't know for 100% that they are the same, it's just what I've read and been told. But they look the same and have the same EFRA number, the cars are the same as the HN ones so it wouldn't surprise me if the pipes were.

The JP4 and the Hong Nor 2062 are the same pipe - its just the marketing in the US that is using the Jammin branding, in fact the EFRA number confirms that they are the same pipe !!

Rick McCrery of Jammin showed me his car after one of his mains while using this pipe. The car was pretty dirty but the pipe was shiny clean. And it's pretty durable as well. I don't know what happened but maybe they have changed their anodizer, or the process. I don't know this, just a guess.

But yes, hard ano is typically stronger. That's why it's called HARD ano.

Wow it's been a while since i was in this thread....

I know it's been brought up before about the Dragon Chassis's and while they seem like a great deal, Just like Tabushi says, they are absolute crap....

Here are some pics of the one i tried out for the heck of it back in March...

After 1 race, the whole chassis was tweaked sideways, it had a big bow ion the center, and the rear deflected up by a few mm's. All that was with the cnc motor mounts and chassis braces installed...
