After having spent the last few hours doing the swap for the new tray, I have figured out a few things:
1- This is not a simple drop in part.
2- The instructions are far from complete.
3- Setting up the throttle linkage is idiot proof. If you can line up a couple of lines, you can't screw it up.
My tips for you to make the install easier:
1- Reverse your throttle servo.
2- Dial out your brake linkages.
3- Take your time and don't forget the J-nut.
4- Trim your throttle servo before mounting the tray in the car.
5- Make sure you put the servos in the right spots.
I'll report back on performance tomorrow.

Now that there will be people getting there trays and installing them there are a couple things you may run in to while installing.
Some servos will be very hard to get in the tray. In fear of messing up my servo wires I took the tops off of my servos and put them in from the bottom and then put tops back on.
Do not use the rubber grommets unless you use longer screws. Just make sure they are not long enough to stick though the bottom of tray. I did not use grommets.
Be careful running the wires to the rec box. If they are not run tight up against the back of tray the wires could rub on the front center bone.
When changing battery out I found it easier to remove the throttle linkage from the servo horn. Just take the one screw out and turn it so it's beside engine.
Transponder will have to be mounted in rec box.
If you want to run a regulator you cannot use the one with the on/off switch attached. The wire is to short between the reg and the switch and the lid will pinch the wires. You will have to use the hump pack battery cover if you use a reg. it has to sit on top of the battery.
