Remember that and you'll realize the person holding the radio is to blame for the time lost from a crash. You don't know what to expect, some are fast, some are slow, try not to count on a 'good' marshall to improve your overall time. There's no training camp for marshalls trying to make everyone marshall equally well. Be nice to them, yelling or being nuts with the throttle or your mouth goes nowhere fast.
thats what i repeat over and over in my head when im racing.....it helps me drive smooth....i basically just tell myself...ok all these marshalls suck..so just stay off your lid...smooth and slow is faster than...pinned and on your lid atleast once on every lap the footage of the race looks great..i really wish i could of made that race..its ok...the nats are at my home track this year

How about some track footage without all the gangster music

As for marshals, I never get mad at marshals. I don't need marshals very often but when I do I don't get mad about how slow they get the car. I can understand getting upset at marshals that aren't paying attention and don't see your car when they should see it, but other than those circumstances no one should get mad.
