Is there any 3rd party case cover to put my slightly thicker 1600mAH LiFe or 2300mAH LiPo batt instead?

Still a rip off but less of a rip off. Wish one of the Chinese sites would make one for like 8 bucks

Horizon is Dynamite....Losi is Horizon.....Its the same pack.

Are you asking about my 5$ packs ? this thread should have covered that. Ive been running them for 3+ year's and they have held up better than the 4+ Losi packs ive had over the years....Ill stick to what works for me.

It is thicker than the Losi pack, probably 1/8". I use this battery with the hump-battery cover, where the Losi lipo (with 1/16" foam under it) would fit with the flat cover. And it has the Dynamite balance plug (not shown in that picture on the Horizon site, but the 4 that I have all have the Dynamite JST-XH balance lead).

I've used these for the last year + with 0 issues.

According to the specs Lars they are identical aside from the JST Vs Futaba Connector's.

Losi is 1.75x2.05x.80 in (40x52x20mm)

Dyna is
Length: 2.05 in (52mm)
Width: 1.75 in (40mm)
Height: 0.80 in (20mm)
