Yeah, I'm in central NC. We routinely have summer days near 100 deg., with high humidity. Those would be the occassions that I'd run the P4. As long as it's below 90 or so, I'll stick with the P3.

p4 here, the p3 is easer to tune but uses more fuel. now i will use a p3 if the temp is around 40, and i will use the p5 this summer when the temp gets around 100 outside (p4 if high humidity that hot day). but i use the p4 90% of the time.
