My car felt great in qualifying, in the main I decided to go with XTR Crime Fighters. M2 Revolvers got chewed up in a 6 min. qual, and they were freshies...so the story continues... Thru the first 18 minutes, the car felt hooked up, and after that it was on to hyper donuts and just looping out :-( I can't believe once the dust started rising, Toro was out to lunch... WTF??? My friend just called me, and said "when in doubt, Caliber M2, or M3". I told him on the drivers stand, " this was a poor choice". Anywho..... I fully endorse the car, and would recommend it to anybody... Fast, slow, maybe so......

To anyone who decides to do the servo horn mod, I EMPLORE you to practice with the steering plastic horns that you may have spares of.. Meloche used a mini butane torch, and although we managed to melt some steering horns on the desk of the hotel room, (Smelled like burnt wood all night) it was worth the end result... On the first attempt at the throttle servo horn, Meloche dialed her in!!!! Pics will come later... Long drive, posting on the iPad at a Hardees... OMG... I thought this was Twitter!!! LMFAO
I'm glad the mod worked out for you guys, we have not had a single hiccup with it.

E-motor mount. Just going through my motor mounts and seeing if anything is close to adaptable.

Yes the track is in AZ http://www.fearfarmrcraceway.com/Gallery.html
it is a RC Complex in Phoenix that just opened. 1/8 scale, 1/10 scale, Dirt Oval, and 1/5 scale track is on the way. They are planning some big races so if you like to travel race keep an eye on the website. The driver is Tom A. he is one of the race directors at Fear Farm.
