I'm really lucky in South FL we have THE POND. Unless it's a State Race weekend we always have 60+ entries every week. Our average is around 75 give or take. There isn't a track in the state that can get anywhere close to that.
+1!! I agree with Randy, Mills Pond gets a great turnout even on A Wednesday night practice. It's a killer program, I have the Pond as well. Between what I thought would be a great turnout this weekend and all the other big events lately, I don't utilize the Pond, and they have a lot of fast guys!!

Even with the regionals going on and the threat of rain we still had 40 people at mills tonight. Good luck Danny and Ricardo.

Default Cobra from Russia

Original shocktowers from Serpent....

To Chad: When will appear on sale?

Today i has broken a front tower, carbon on given to the chassis is worse, in my opinion, than carbon from Xray and Mugen.

But anyway, the chassis is magnificent, very much it is pleasant to me. Run more than 1 gallon, any problems with servo (I use XP 1015), with motor unscrewed. Has once lost rear CVD, has rearranged shims on central diff, having shifted it it is maximum back, and the problem has disappeared.

SMRC Cup 6 race in Copenhagen.

All 3 Team Serpent cars made it to the final. LauraK suffered from 3 flameouts and was put back to 6.th place. Nicolas was running strong all day, and managed to secure a podium place in 3.rd.
Former danish champ Jan D. had a bad start flipping over 3 times in the first 5 minuttes, which left him with a gap to his rival Martin S. Jan D. finished 2.nd.
All in all a good result. All 3 cars were modded, and temps on servoes were around 35 - 42 celcius. No probs what so ever all day

Default SRS summer points series final

Wow.. after purchasing the serpent, i missed two races in the series and those were both my throw out rounds out of 6rounds. I went into the series with the serpent as a new car and learning it as we go. I was sitting in third place in points by only 3. Going into last nights final round i knew i had to make an impact and show what the serpent can do, the first qualifier was up and from the warm up i knew i finally hit my set up on the buggy after trying multiple things. Sound of the tone hits and its ifmar qualifying and i am off, after 2 min into the race i was sitting top three, billy fisher, mike friery and me Ethan. i was super stoked to see that the buggy was basically dialed for me. I had a good 14 lap run in my hands until i got ahead of my self and snugged a pip to close and flipped waiting for the marshal i blipped it too hard and flamed. So i ended that run and knew i had to better myself or at least just get a good run for the main. When the second round came i was ready, the track was a little loamy on top i thought and my tire choice wasnt there but i managed to get a secure spot in the main, i ended up starting 6th on the grid. For the Main i was going to just be smooth and see how far i could get up there. AS the tone sounded i got a great start off of the down and quiet, first turn was a wide sweeper into a tight 180* turn, i drove through the smoke and was sitting 3rd. I was driving smooth and consistent to keep up with them. Billy fisher had a flame and had to come back from dead last and started making time on us and caught up. I let him pass me so i could focus on getting a solid finish for points. after pit stops came out, the top 3 were right there and i was there to capitalize on there mistakes as they were batteling they got tangled and i passed them for the lead witch i lead for a good couple minutes until i started making small mistakes and over jumping some key jumps and thats when they caught up and it was on. after all the batteling i ended up taking third place for the night.Extremely happy how the buggy handled and showed the losi guys that the serpent can hang with them. After all the points were added up for the series i took Third place and missed second by 2 points. Last year i ran the mbx6 for a year before that series and took third as well so for the first series with the new buggy i am extremely happy with it!

well the region 4 regional championship is over and i am pleased to say that it was an absolute success for the Cobra S811 with Big Sexy Toro making the bump from the B main we had 4 cars in the A main followed by associated with 3 cars kyosho with one mugen with one and agama with one.

after 45 long minutes Billy Easton took the victory with the first 811 then came in Sean Kersten in second with the second 811 Big Sexy Toro managed a respectfull 6th and myself in 8th

The chassis was perfect but a bad choice on tires and three flame outs due to miss tune got me out of the battle but i was able to cross the finish line as well as the other 3 cobras in the race.

Congratulations to the winners
