Default So.. how was your race this weekend?

i was supposed to race today.. got to the track after an hour drive, got a lot of laps in for practice, shut it off to save the car for qualifying.. aannndd went to turn it back on and my throttle servo wasnt working.. my brand new JR servo (this was its 2nd race) failed!! and done for the day. now sitting at home, going later to put in some applications for a job, so i can buy the best of the best. LOL so how did your race go this weekend?

Did you try asking around to barrow a servo? I usually carry a couple extra servos for myself and if anyone needs one.

I took 3rd in my class and set my best time. Pretty happy, but it seemed like a lot of the regular winning drivers were having problems.

Correct but only in truggy class. Thats where you'll see drunk driving at its best even with no alcohol involved.

No racing for me,last couple weeks have seen 105+f. I will state that I was able to blame it on my little girl this time, summer is bizy shizy for kid stuff thank god.

I switched to Losi and lost 2 seconds on my laptimes and ended up in the C-main trying to get used to the new buggy last weekend. This weekend was just open practice, and I'm slowly getting the hang of the Losi. It's harder to drive fast, but seems faster when driven properly.

I didn't race, I went to an autocross. Loved seeing Lotus Exiges and Corvettes (and even bone stock Maximas, hehe) running around a monster parking lot.

Xray 808. That car, when set up properly, was easy to drive and really, really, REALLY stable. It is also way lighter than anything else.

Our racing was great. Nice and warm (25C) and a slight breeze. I came in 2nd after a very slow corner marshal...... decided to take more time by flipping my car on to it's lid....... twice. grrrr

but I love my GT2
