A Main has them in stock right now or you can get them from Huston.
Get the plus-4, you will not be disappointed.

FYI Even stock for stock the Jammin/Picco which are IDENTICAL are BY FAR the most hard hitting bottom ended .21 there is.....compared to a Vspec or GRP the picco/jammin is an ANIMAL off the line...if you couldn't get power from it you were either doing something seriously wrong or you had a bad carb leak that was never adressed....and the Evo 2 is Not discontinued.....tower is wacked like that....they drop stuff on a daily basis.

I agree 100%...when it comes to making power the Picco 21's are king.. a few others may rev as well or slightly better but nothing makes the power like the Picco's do.... Only complaint people may have is they have too much power and tend to hit harder then some people are used to.......Even in XRC's testing it was a Picco P7 based LRP 21 that set the dyno record for most torque and HP....... Now Picco's aren't perfect engines, but if your looking for huge power and long life a Picco is great, dam hardest crank steel i have seen in any Nitro engine....

Hum... picco it mite be! Tower did drop it along with a lot of ofna products and horizon still has it. I did talk to Dj at ofna which told me they did not discontinue it.

What pipe would you recommen using with it? JP-1 ,2,3 0r 4? Im thinking either jp-2 or jp-3

Dynamite 086 is what they perform best on imo.

Badass engine... it is esentially a EVO 2 with a spacer shim under the sleeve to raise port timing... remove that shim and it will become just like a EVO 2...... And if you want more bang they modify extremely well....

Sorry I saw your post so late. Maximo is dead on in what he says. I run the Picco in my Truggy. If you need more power than that your going to have to buy a C6 or a speed. I can clear any jump short run up or not. Nobody walks me on a straight at best they will stay with me. Top end does not win races anyways.

I too don't like the angle of the exhaust on the picco. However for the power ease of tuning and life of the Picco I will deal with that.

I own both a C6 and a Speed, neither one will beat the Picco....the Picco kills em both out of the hole, and on top the Picco EVO3 doesn't give up 1 inch to either of those engines..... Neither the C6 or the Speed are overly powerful .21's, but rather they are smoother easier to control race engines.....The difference in power is very big in the lower RPM's, the Picco stomps all over them....
