a sg crank shaft fits pretty much anything and it uses a diffrent pilot shaft than a rotary carb, a standard shaft doesnt fit every model and uses a diffrent pilot shaft also and its threaded also. get the sg crank shaft ,i dont think u have to use a diffrent ball end i think the linkage is the same so u should be fine with that but u proberty will have to change the linkage a little but for a rotary carb .

i think the only thing u use diffrent for a rotary linkage is use a l shape servo horn

Just seems weird the way it sits on there it doesn't look like it would be easy to get the linkage to work...anyway does anyone else have experience with the Dynamite Platinum .12???

i would use the search on the top and put dynamite platuim .12

tried that mostly get the .21 stuff but, it looks like the guys that have run them like them.

i have run in my gt2 and had about 1 in a half gallon of fuel into it and i run 25% nitro i had a associated .15 and that thing was wicked fast on the track i mean to much

Nothing wrong with a slide carb... Just learn to move your finger less

are u gone to need a starter box for that engine i would get a ofna blue box its for 1/10 and 1/8

I have no idea, but it looks like it should. There is quite a bit of room right in front of the carb, so I will see. I have no problems running a slide mainly for the fact I don't know what I am missing with a rotary.

its up to you u can always put a carb insert in if u use the slide carb still or u can turn down the throttle epa, but the rotary carb is much better for 2wd truck

Apparently, the rotary has a slower response, if I read the earlier post right... Which could make the Jato easier to drive...

I think that is how it is? But in return it smooths out the power...
