Default Too much to choose from

Hey guys, im looking to buy a nitro off roader. Theres just so many to choose from. Ive got 250 to spend on one and was wondering what everybody thought is a good one to go for, for that amount of cash or under. I was looking at the HPI 3.5 trophy and some of the Hobao's?

Any suggestions what make and model to go for?

Thanks in advance,
Tamiya TT-01 - Porsche 911 GT3.

The go-to question for sure is... local parts support. If you break something [and you will ] you're not going to have to wait 2-7 days for parts to come in the post, so head to your LHS [where you should buy your kit in the first place, for a multitude of reasons] and see what they have lots of spares for, I know for example if you're into racing 1/8 offroad, you cant buy a part in my town unless its for a Losi.

Second of all... find something you think looks cool, and then go have fun

also use the search feature on the forums wonderful tool
