oddonnel fuel maximo. And i have switched tanks and lines. Retuned several times. Set the idle gap several times. Same problem. The weather has changed drastically and i have tuned to compensate. The hotter my engine gets the worse the idle. I would say it sounds like lack of compression, but it still has plenty even when i turn it over by hand at 250 degrees (ouch!). i can tune it to where it wont have the bogging symtom, but when it comes in after being on the straight at wot the idle is racing pretty high. If i richen the hsn just a little the racing idle goes away but goes to a bog when the idle drops. I have put the lsn all over the place troublshooting it trying to compensate for the lean/rich hsn and visa vers.

i am at a loss. Just replaced the bearings. It;s not my clutch. If you guys don't have any other ideas i will have to tear it down. But before i do, does anyone else have a suggestion?

does it sound like bad compression? Feels like it has plenty to me.

p3. I will just put this engine on the backburner for now. I will run my ninja during the race this weekend. I am almost positive it's an air leak. I broke it down and everything was good. It's the carburator i am sure. My good vspec carburator the thermal sleeve came off so i had to use my old vspec carburator. No big deal. Will fix it when i get a chance.

Tripped and fell and Droped my radio yesterday and cracked the case on my m11. It still works fine, but i want to get the case replaced becasue it is basically split down the middle. How long will airtronics take to fix it? Would it be better for me just to order the case and do it myself?

Btw, i have had a thread in the radio/electronics forum for a few days with no answer. If it is going to take like 6 weeks then i will either do it myself or just forget about it.

Man I hate that. I have no idea how long airtronics will take but I dropped my KO radio the other day, no physical damage but it started acting funny. IDK if its just me or if it has an issue. Dropping your radio sucks.

Whats your pinch test at with your engine? get it to about 2.5-3 seconds. What are the temps outside? Your plug may be too hot.

I'm with him, try a p4, If the compression was low it would die for no reason on the track when the motor gets hot, Another thing to check, how old is your fuel? bad fuel can make tuning a motor hell. If the fuel is good, and it has good compression, and trying a p4 doesnt help, Try a bigger venturi. Summer heat means thinner air, can mess with a tune really bad. Try what I suggested and let me know how it turns out.

How do you break a Mugen that bad. That's just not normal..... We need to get this guy back on the threads.

The entertainment factor was second to none.

This guy made me laugh every day.
