Default Truggy Inner lip mounting? ? ?

Does anyone do this? I saw one of the setup sheets mention this, and was wondering how it is done.

Anyone else do this?

We used to do it when all you could get was the M/T
style tires with the tall sidewalls. Also, when the Jammin
truggie came out, we used to cut the inside bead of zero
off-set M/T style wheels off so they didn't rub. So you had
to glue the tire on the inside of the second bead on the wheel.
Then some one had the idea of useing the outer hockey stick
looking tie rod ends that come on the Mugens and Koyosho
truggies. That ended the need to narrow the zero off-set
wheels. Truggie tires have came a long way since then. It
was a pain to glue up at set that way and I never want to
double glue a set of tires again.
