hello, i have an ace servo, ran 2 times and i fried it, do they have warranties or what should i do, thanks in advance, im in canada as well the servo is the 1313

there is a 1 year warranty i believe, acehobby.com, dont worry about the rma number just send it in with a letter explaining what happened and a receipt of purchase enclosed.

I had one go bad on me.... send it in with a receipt and they'll send you out a replacement. I think it took less than 2 weeks for me (in the US).

Ace has excellent customer service. I fried a new servo sent it in and got a brand new on within 2 weeks

Send it back and use it as a backup. Do yourself a favor and buy a hitec 79xx you will be glad you did. I am not saying the hitec will last forever but by far the quality is superior and cust service is great.
