Well I'm not 100% but I would think if he had the patent on the Halo then he would also be the creator of the Halo B. Not really sure though. If the search function worked it would be helpful. It's been discussed in this thread already.
Found part of the discussion.

We have had difficulty with our overseas mfg plant. Simple things really. To shore this up, our engineer has his feet on the ground over there as of Friday. He is making sure our first run items are ready and meet the specs we have called for. Their samples did not meet our standards. We have to do this to make sure it goes right.

I received some stuff for pics on Friday.

Domit has the right information.

Pretty good connection on the old Halo stuff. I'll probably have new patents issued on that thing for the next 10 years. We are always upgrading and evolving that project.

We are behind schedule. We will do it right. You will be happy with M-Shocks! 2 things to rest assured about.
1. Nobody wants to have this on the market more than me. Think about it.
2. It is not my first rodeo. If we do it right, you will feel better doing business with us later.

Trust me... it is so much more involved than this one product.

Hint... anyone that knows the current Halos should know where I'm going with these shocks.

TEX

"Nobody wants to have this on the market more than me. Think about it."

Well, I did think about it sir, and yes, you probably want it out more than anyone since you've probably dumped a sizeable amount of coin into brining this "product" to market. Duh.

What I'm having trouble understanding is why, with all the collective wisdom at all of the current car manufacturers, hasn't this been done before or already? Probably cause they don't sell snake oil.

Of course it easy to poke fun of people. There have been alot of things outside of the "shock project" for Tex.

For one, he took over the local hobby shop in our area which would have closed.

Not sure why the project never came to life although I am sure it was a good reason or many.

Cmon guys, if the thread was as old as it was....seems better to let it rest???

I dont like to speak for anyone but I know Tex1 and he has been a busy person these last few months. In the last few months he has taken over and saved a hobby shop/track. I dont know what his plans currently are on the shock program but the last I spoke to him he just had to many things going on. Give him time.
