sounds like you where racing at same track i was...lol me and a team losi driver both hit a steel pole and broke...lol, i feel you would be a much better driver with a .21 engine. very much more controllable power. slower/smoother is faster than faster and uncontrollable any day.

.28 in a truggy is way over kill. .21 is all that is really needed. with .23-.25 being the most anyone that races seriously these days ever runs.

thanks ScottyM Now that i think about it that .28 does have a lot of low end , Im going to bolt 1 of my .21's and give it a go this weekend. along with a 2.3 sway , and drop to the white springs and play with tires .

Strip it down and Double check the tower isn't tweaked, If not check the bulkhead to a Brand new one for anything that doesn't look right.

Hey guys, looking to put a large fuel filter on my truggy. Any suggestions and I'm also curious where to mount it? I have a Novarossi silver one strapped to the side of the tank, but want something BIGGER. Thanks!

If you wanting to play with sway-bars, most hobby shops carry wire product from K&S.
Take your calipers with you and measure the wire in mm's as the wire is labled in standard size.
Use nails in a board such as a 2x4 and bend the wire to form your own sway-bar. Use the old bar to trace the inner and outer part of the bar to get the bend as close to stock as you can. Once bent and to you liking, cut off the excess.
You can also use angle-iron-steel with c-clamps but many probably don't have that laying around.

My laptop is acting dumb and will not let me hook my phone up but i took the fuel filter mount and fuel filters from a O'Donnells. I used trottle spacers and screwed it on from underneath. Sent you a pm.
