I cleaned up the comm, checked the brushes and cleaned the carbon out of the case. Works like new now, all the power in the world.
So how hard does the motor come out..?
And how do you get it apart?

I just used an old comm stick and polished the comm it worked magic. I used a small nail file and cleaned up the brushes. Very painful but very worth it!!!
