pretty much the same thing as useing a restricter in carb, do you use a restrictor?

5 minutes is a stretch. I would say 2 minutes extra would be the average. Sometimes up to 3. You would have to have a really high quality muffler bearing lube to get 5 extra minutes.:)

Its not just for driving its also for longevity it will save you a ton $$$ thats why its a no no they dont what people to know

yea i use a 8mm but my rb s5 but the mains i raced in where only 15 min so everybody had to pit .

so i get about 8 to 9 min of run time.

Pulled my center split diff apart and the linkage was super sticky almost binding sprayed some dry lube looks like it fix the issue well see on Sunday all that simple green caused the issues
