Default RB USA Service

What is your experience with RB service dept?
I've sent mine S3 in at the end of June and still don't have it back.
I've called many times leave a lot of messsages and only get promises that don't come true.
Anyway i want to find out if any of you had similar problems with RB service recently?
Thanks!

Man I cannot vouch for this one... RB has been nothing but a pleasure to work with for me in the past.

I should add, i've never really had a real problem with an RB motor because i'm not a hack but, the one time I did... I had the head of a screw strip out on my c6 rody modified head, and I had the cut the head off to get the screw out. They shipped me a replacement head at "cost". I don't know if it was really cost, but it was a lot cheaper than retail.

Maybe they only give good customer service to the people who buy their 800 dollar motors

I bought a WS7 back in late 2007 and it turned out to be a lemon engine, and I had to toss it, why? because RB had the worse customer service and I couldn't do anything else

That's pretty shitty for RB.

It's funny that some company's have no friggen clue how important customer service is. When someone has a great experience with a company they maybe share it with 2 people, when they have shitty experience they share it with about 10 people. Making your customers happy seems like a no brainer to me.

Well this pretty much eliminates the chances of me buying an RB motor to put in my Ofna LX I'm getting lol..

Yep, me too, CS is one of my pet peeves. I won't/don't have anything to do with companies that treat customers like dirt.

This sucks, I was going to try a C6, but with what I'm hearing, I'll stick with OS. I've never had trouble with OS, but wanted to try a RB.

Thats just too bad all you guys wont buy RB cause of their customer service.

They are awesome engines, and if you treat them well you have no need to worry about customer service...

I'll keep buying nuthin but RB's unless the prices come down on the GRP's

You're right, but with being 100% satisfied with OS, I don't want to risk $500.00. Just thought it would be interesting to try a C6/2045.
