Default o.s vpec running 20% need to remove shims?

hey guys i am going to start running my vspec on 20%, it is a eb modded....i didn't know if i need to take a shim out. thanks for your help!

You do not have to take a shim out. You may be able to take a shim out to try and find that little extra bit of horsepower or leave it in to be safe and get better mileage. If you do decide to pull a shim, run one good hard tank with a new plug and check it after the run. If it shows any signs of distortion put the shim back in.
