Default Springs and Tape

From what I understand, Kanai usually tapes his cars to keep them clean as he is testing. The dark red springs have been out for a long time for the long rear only, (usually used on ST-RR (hardest spring)) Maybe he was testing a medium length version of the spring. Also the shock bodies you see on his car are the ones you get when you buy a whole set of shocks or just the bodies. The brown anodized bodies only come in kits......I think the only springs released were the yellow and orange springs....

So what can you tell us about those dark red and peachy coloured springs? Some new super-super-soft springs coming out soon perhaps? Is there any difference with those wierd looking, almost bare metal coloured shock bodies? Are they something new or just the regular bodies with the anodizing removed and then poished up?

Cool, thanks for that. But the dark red/pink springs are almost definitely a front spring as long as the yellow and orange springs in the pic are mediums. Also, the dark red looks extremely similar to the white spring seen on the front of Kanai's car in the other pic. But those peachy coloured springs don't look even remotely similar to the hue of any other big bore springs, so I'm guessing they'll be something new, maybe.

Yeah and parts are always being used by the AE and other cars as well. Funny, Kyosho gets beat up for their prices, but people keep buying MP9 parts for their non MP9 cars...lol

Yes just diff. Coating on them from tki og kits parts i run the hard anodized towers but not stronger just better more durable coating to get back to old argument still think that they should come out with a kit offering all the light weight alum. Bits that the pros run and velvet threaded shocks would cost alot more but sure it will sell. I have been entertianing tryi.g a diff. Brand just so when i buy car i do not have to spend to get it how i want it but as for handling do nkt think anything i try will be as good
