Oh, I am not knocking anyone who runs a servo maybe I wouldn't run. If you like it and it makes your driving better I say run whatever works for you regardless of what people say. After all, its you who will be driving the car.

T4 fronts and Gt2 fronts (wheels) are the same, correct? I was thinking of switching the quick release rear hubs to standard t4 hubs so I can use the t4 wheels/tires I already have. Has anyone done that here?

hey whats up

use the t4 wheels till they are done and put the quick release hubs on your t4. The rims are far better quality then the electric rims, people also say the handeling of t4 improves with this conversion. You can also run the front end from the gt2 on the t4 and limit the parts you need to carry. Best bet is to see if you like the gas truck before you change anything on either truck.

I put the QC on my T4 also. Now I run the same wheels/tires on both trucks. So Nice.

Hey, is this Joe P. from LIR? If so, do you know what month they usually start running gas truck? I saw Carl was running his Ad2 last saturday and you were working on your Gt2. Will it be a problem if I just want to run the GT2 on Saturday or Sunday? I mean do guys complain about the noise and smell because we are indoors?

Also, I feel like gas truck opens up some doors on what tracks to go to--last time I was at Wolcott (the 1/8 scale one) it was almost too big and brutal for my t4--I know gas truck isn't as popular as 1/8 scale but do they still have races for them at Wolcott, Barnstormers and Galli Mods?
