When a 1/10th scale car hits a 4 inch pipe it gets stuck, so the drivers are more careful about their driving, when a 1/8th gets hits the same 4 inch pipe, its goes over it. Their just insn't much of a reason not to drive WOT in 1/8th scale

1/10th buggy is even more educational than 1/10th truck as you have to actually hit certain smoother lines on the track to be fast.
why are you hitting the tubing??? thats not what i would call clean driving...also if you were using 8 inch tubing you would loose you 1/8 buggy behind it being most 1/8 buggies only sit about 6 inches high, and trugs are only around 8 inches...

Yeah, you don't see a 1/10th scale car behind a 4 inch pipe very well either, thats why they drive cleaner, because they have too.

I wish all the 10th scale guys would quit complaining and accept the fact that 1/8 scale is easier to drive because of superior engineering

Don't be mad, you can have an 1/8 scale too

Hmmm. What would a 1/8 2wd stadium truck be like? 1/8 sized suspension/parts with 1/10 geometry/precision. Fun or Not? I know what a 1/8 buggy with out front wheel drive is like. It's hard to get back to the pits without crashing every corner. LOL.

I just do a donut or two until a turn marshall realizes what happened and brings it back to the pits for me...much easier!
