Hi there sir miles! That's a good body scheme you have there!

Did you get the kit or the RTR? How was the performance of your Hyper ST?

jarod: Thanks sir. I got the RTR version. I must admit, Im a newbie in truggy. Before I used to race Mt, but truggys are alot better than MTs. Im very happy with the performance my ST. But of course that is after Ive changed the engine to OS Vspec and better servos.

Oh so you got the RTR kit then! I have a few questions,

1) What LHS did you get it from or did you get it from overseas?
2) What radio diod you replace it with?
3) Where did you get your ST body painted or is it already pre-painted?

Don't worry kabayan! I'm also based in th PH!

Sa Dogbone sir! Located at VV Soliven Blg along EDSA. The stock radio is fine but I use my M11 with Spektrum DSM. The body is painted blue, its nicely done but I want to have my own identity so I bought a spare body and Ernie of Pitshop painted it for me.

Well, how is the truggy doing? Any major breakage? How does it react to tuning?

The Hyper ST is ripping our local track! Aside from replacing my engine to OS V-Spec, good high torque servo and CNC knuckles your on your way to -pass those other truggys out there. BTW I made 4th overall from our race this afternoon. Not bad I think and im only using the stock tires. Not a podium finish but i enjoyed it, its a 30 mins mains.

Got mine last month and what a Truck... The MAC Star is great engine too. I had issues with temps at first, but after removing the silver head shim (only remove if using 25% Nitro or below) the temps dropped. It took about 3 tanks to see significant temp decrease, but it did. I was running an MC59 as well. OBTW you'll see the stinger deflector in the picture right... The Mac Star does not like them... I would get about 1/2 tank and it would cut out... Once I removed the deflector no more issues...

I most recent changed engines to the Axial28rr with a JP3 pipe... WOW!!! This thing has even bigger bawls now. I am a little over half gallon right now and it has plenty of power... CLICK HERE for video.

I dont race 1/8 truggies (at least, not yet ) but I am totally floored by the way this truggy looks. The body is just sexy, and the WHEELS!

I dont get why other manufacturers dont sell their truggies with spoked wheels like that...they looks SO much better than dishes.

One day though, I will make the nitro/offroad leap...and it might be with a Hyper ST
